Kenter House is a four bedroom housing project, located in village of Sogutlu, Ayvacik, Canakkale. Designed for a lady practicing patchworks, house contains a small patchwork workshop, a large double storey living room with a kitchen, a garage and four bedrooms with own bathrooms. Site is relatively elevated from the rest of the village and has a high slope, which is used as an advantage to capture the nature view. Property area is divided with straight lines of stone walls, which creates the zones separately for entry, living area, garden and workshop. Openings between these stone walls allows the flow between the spaces. Living area is situated based on the maple tree on west, which gives a shade and natural atmosphere to the living room.
