Muradiye 30, is one of the two apartment blocks in the Nisantasi, Tesvikiye area in Istanbul. Building consists of seven storeys including the basement. Unlike the typical floor plan type in the area, center of the building plot is taken as a light opening from the roof until the basement. This opening contains the circulation inside. The basement apartment opens up to a garden at the backyard, which expands its area as well as taking more light in. On the top floor two duplex apartments are designed, which in the back has a glass roof that expands the outer sight and light penetrating inside.
